We review the drawings, agree scope, budget and programme, and set up the project team.

Planning and mobilisation
Approvals, procurement and site set-up, with safety plans in place before work begins.

Construct and manage
Our site team and trades build to the drawings, with regular progress reports.

Complete and hand over
Testing, commissioning and snagging, then handover with the documents you need.

Yes. Design and build is one of our core services, as well as building to a design you already have.
Can you manage a project another firm designed?
Yes, as general contractor or as construction manager.

Yes. Structural steel works are part of our offer.
