We review your brand guidelines, the unit and the landlord requirements, then agree scope and budget.

Design and approvals
Drawings are prepared and submitted to you and the landlord for approval.

Build
Our team builds to the approved drawings, with one point of contact on site.

Handover and snagging
Testing, commissioning and snagging, then a clean handover so you can open.

Can you roll out the same design in several countries?
Yes. We have designed and built Caribou Coffee branches in Kuwait, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Lebanon.
Do you coordinate approvals with the landlord?
Yes. Drawings and approvals with landlords and authorities are part of the programme.
How long does a fit-out take?
It depends on size, approvals and the landlord handover date. We give a programme with every quotation.
Can you work from our brand guidelines?
Yes. We build to your brand standards, or develop a concept with you if you do not have one.
